This artwork was channeled while writing a blog post about the importance of a daily grounding practice. My Spirit Guides wanted me to share the experience of a deep grounding meditation, as every single one of us are always loved and supported, and we are never alone. When we practice grounding, we strengthen the deep connection with Mother Earth, our Higher Selves, our Spirit Animals and the beings from the fifth dimension that guides each and every one of us. These beings are angels, ancestors and other beings assigned to a specific individual, planet, object or energy.
